Hello,

I’m using 2 mail databases.

1 of my own and 1 shared for the helpdesk.

Now if I send a mail in my own databse my signature will appear on the bottom of it.

If I send a mail from the helpdesk database my signature is not inserted.

When I config the settings for inserting the signature everyone else who uses the mailbox is getting my signature in the bottom of the mail.

Is there a way to use my own signature without having to delete it if somebody else sends a mail from the same database??

Subject: signature

If you can ALL agree on a local path and filename for an HTML signature file, then as long as you all have a file in that location with your own details, it will be correct for each person.

You can’t have multiple text only signatures based on the mail file profile.
