Signature with html file

hello, we are testing some solutions that we had yesterday about append some predefined text to the body of the mail.

Now we are trying to do it with the signature, we use html to set a particular format to our text, choosing a particular font also (verdana).

When we write the message we can see all in the right way but who receives our mail doesn’t see our specific format.

Is there a solution?

Thank in advance

best regards

Hello Davide,

We are using the following HTML code appended to our email and everything seems to be working okay.

I hope this will help.

This should work fine unless you are sending Internet mail as CD with CD to MIME conversion happening at the server. If this is the case then you can choose any font you like and the recipient will still see the default font because CD to MIME does not preserve font characteristics (or in-line images).

Solution - ensure that you send Internet mail in native MIME from the Notes client.

The silly problem is that we are trying on a pc in which doesn’t work fine something for hours…Today we have tried on others pc in our net and the format is right while we are sending the message and who receives can see the format ih the right way, then it isn’t an incorrect configuration on the server, but “something” on this particular pc. Any idea?

Thanks
