The option to automatically append signature is checked, however the signature does not append on any email. I have not seen any other option throughout the notes client that would affect this. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Any idea what version of the mail template you are using?
Mail Preferences (Signature Tab): What contents are in the “Signature” Text box below the “Automatically append a signature to the bottom…” Can you copy/paste the signature into a response document in the forum?
File> Preferences>Mail> Sending and Receiving: which check boxes in the “Sending” section are enabled?
Subject: Mail85 Template w/R8.0.x Client
We experienced the same problem when users running Notes 8.0.2 with a mail85 template. Upgraded the Notes client and the problem went away.
Subject: Upgrading to the 8.5 client will fix your issue
Your issue can be solved by upgrading your notes client to 8.5 I had the same issue with some users running the 8.0.x clients. When their mail template was upgraded to mail85 the signature would not append until they were upgraded to the 8.5 client.
Workarounds if you can’t upgrade to 8.5 for some reason: You could create a stationary with your signature and use that for new memo’s OR use iNotes and the signature will show up fine from there…
