Can someone advise me how to make a signature to my emails in lotus notes that would have my company name and information and then also have my logo attached? Is there any way I can keep the logo and text separate? This signature would also need to be seen by those who receive it that do not have email on notes. If I send an email with signature that is a graphic, it does not show up to non-notes users.

No matter what you do, you have NO control at all over how (or even if) the receiving mail client displays graphics.
If non-Notes users have trouble displaying your mails (and especially embedded pictures) correctly, you should consider to change the way internet mail is sent in your location document. Default is to use Notes Rich-Text, setting this to MIME is more compatible with the rest of the world.
