Show details - details not printed!

Selecting show details to see sender & recipient email address is OK, but details do not print if it is inbound mail from Internet.Seems the mail then is opened as a temporary file in some WEB format : file://C:\Users\xx\AppData\Local\Temp\notesFCBCEE~web4012.htm

Is there a workaround - our users need the details printed - and editing and saving the mail before print to save it in a “format” that is printable is annoying.

this seems to be a bug in 8.5

As a workaround you could try to use another form thru ‘view’ ‘switch form’ and try another form.

I have created a form to save space where only the subject, the sender and the delivery date will be displayed. With this it works.

Subject: Print from the inbox folder.

If this doesn’t help, first open your email, then return to the inbox folder (without closing the document) and print your email.

Hope it will be fixed soon. Another “workaround” is to edit and save the mail.Thank you for confirming this issue.
