We’re trying to create a shared iNotes contact list, so that web users belonging to the same company can see the company’s contact list by default instead of their personal list. Also, when someone creates a new name it should appear in the contact list for all the people working for the same company.
Any help or advice would be appreciated,

Have you looked at Directory Assistance? That would give you your secondary Address Book nicely. But to get contacts in there from other peoples PNAB will be tricky, like putting an agent in all of your users PNABs or running it against all of the iNotes users’ mail files to get them. I think that it can be done, though.

I’d like to emphasize that Gregg’s point (as I so blithely interpret it) is to pull the existing contacts out of the existing personal NABs, copy them into a server-based 2ndary NAB, and then NOT USE the personal NABs for this.
