I am new to Domino/Lotus environment, so please forgive me if this is a dumb question.
I would like to setup a folder that is shared between several people. For example when an individual sends an email to the “Helpdesk” mailbox that would populate a folder in my mailbox and in the helpdesk’s mailbox too…
I had Groupwise configured to this using shared folders…

Databases have shared folders in Notes, but each user in Notes has his or her own mail file. This means that, without granting others access to your mail file, they can’t see any folders there, shared or not.
You could create a Notes mail-in database to which you forward these e-mails using a Mail Rule. Granting others access to that database would then create a secure, but shared “folder.”
