I have a problem about resource and reservation.
When a user reserve a room or resource and this request is waiting for approve, the router send every 5 seconds an email notification for the user and the owner of this resource until the owner approves the request.

Does anyone have solution regarding this issue, i’m facing the same issue recently. After a reservation is made for a resource with owner restrictions, the owner gets multiple msg for approve the reservation, and those who reserve the resources will received multiple msg for resource reservation notification. These msgs keep coming several times per day even though the reservation was accepted. Can i know what is happen to the resource reservation db or is there any option which can be changed to stop this problem. Pls assist, thanks.

We too have this problem. In one instance a person requested an owner restricted resource on Friday. By Monday morning the owner had over 40,000 e-mails! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As workaround I didn’t fill out the owner field.Not really satisfying.
