Settings in the local names.nsf

Hi, (my english is not so good, i try to translate the german errors):In my local names.nsf is the following mail settings activ and i can not change them:

-First local then server

-search all adress books

If i send a mail with Lotus Script from a db and the recipient is in tho local adressbook and in the public adressbook, then i get an error and the mail does not send.

“Mail could not send, because of multiple hits in the adress books”.

Is it possible to prevent this error or can i always choose the adress from the public adressbook, without changing the settings in the local names.nsf.

Thanks for your help.

Andre,

You should be able to set the Recipient name lookup: to “stop after first match” This will make it use the first match it finds, most likely the one in your personal address book.
