Setting up Entourage 2008 as IMAP client on DOMINO7

I’m having some trouble setting up my new copy of Entourage 2008 as an IMAP client to our Lotus Domino (7.0.3, WIN2K) server.

I’ve confirmed that the IMAP service is running and I’ve been able to successfully setup Outlook on a PC as an IMAP client…sending and receiving email.

However with my Mac (OS 10.5.2) I’ve only been able to get it to RECEIVE mail. Maybe the SMTP port or IMAP port has something to do with it? When I try to SEND email I get “Authentication failed because Entourage doesn’t support any of the available authentication methods.” Note that selecting SSL fails as our server doesn’t support secure connections.

Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

My mac says that it can not find the server ??

Could you help with screen dumps ??
