Subject: Check DNS and internet site document
First your dns must be set correctly to also route http://mydomain.com to your server.
In your internet site document add mydomain.com to the field ‘Host names or addresses mapped to this site’ (both www.mydomain.com and mydomain.com must be registered here).
At least this works for us. . .
