Setting up an Automatic Alarm

One of my users was complaining that he setup Alarm in the Tools - preference to be already selected and he open a meeting or others in his calendar

I validate his configuration and everything is OK exept that when he open a new meeting, the notification is not check and the setting are not ther

I try to reproduce it on my Notes and what do you known, I have the same problem.

I try

  • unticket and ticket it again (no success)

  • Replace the design of the mail database (no success)

  • Run a fixup - compact (no success)

  • Validate if the local agents were active (yes but no success)

I even create a new mail database and validate it and I have the same problem. The template I use is the default one from Notes. I try the extended, the standard and even the Dwa.ntf (Inotes)

Can someones help me on this one

Benoit, I’m running Notes 7.0.2 and Domino 7.0.2, using the 7.0.2 DWA template, and I see the same thing you’re describing. What version of the Notes client and Domino server are you running, which which versions of the templates? I’ll do some more testing once I see your configuration.

I’m also running the version 7.0.2 both Client and Server and the template is the dwa7.ntf. I also try the mail7.ntf without any success

Pretty weird…
