I recently started a job, and found the company does not have a Test domain for domino. Can someone please point me in the right direction to setup a test domain. We only have one Domino server.

Are you the developer? Or is there a team?
Just load domino server on your laptop. Dev and test on that server.
Create a connection document to the live domain, to replicate address books and push up your new code.
Sorry to be so simplistic…connection documents…make sure you have licenses for other servers if they are full versions…
I am an admin too though so I use the free trial versions, save my config files and simply reinstall when the trial wears off…though some companies have partner agreements that prohibit the installation of trial software on a company machine when the company owns the fully working version…
