Setting a field from WebQuerySave and then use it in the $$Return, can that be done?

Hi all,I have a form that users submit from the web, What I am doing is that I am running an agent from the WebQuerySave event, in that code I do some calculations and and I am setting a field AmountOfProduct on the web form. What I want to do is to display that value to the user from the $$Rturn field, but it seems that the value is not there, When I open for document from the client side I can see that the value has been set fine. Can I set a field from the WebQuerySave and then use it in the $$Return???

thanks

Paul,

I don’t think so. But why not use print statements in your agent to show the amount.

You can make it look very nice w/print statements and then put a link somewhere so they can go elsewhere after seeing what you want them to see.

thanks Betsy,

I am getting errors reconstructing the url to print…

HomePage = “Click <a href="/” + doc.WebDbLocation +"/QuesForm?OpenForm&L=F&">here to return to the welcome page "

I remove stuff and add stuff but still I am getting errors.

any ideas…

Print “<a href=/” & DbName & “/($All)/” & note.UniversalId & “?EditDocument>” & GetString(14) & “” & GetString(15) & “

”

This is an example…
