Setfield not working with one specific user

I have a workflow form in which every assignee must click a button to “sign” and fill automatically other fields. It works excellent with all the users, except one (a Director). When this user clicks this button it does not works. All of them have the same access level. The code is very simple:

FIELD Status := “Ventas”;

FIELD FirmaV := @Name([CN];@UserName );

FIELD TimeV := @Now ;

FIELD ContadoFirmaV := @Name([CN];@UserName );

FIELD ContadoTimeV := @Now ;

@Command([FileSave]);

@Command([FileCloseWindow])

Exactly what does “it does not works” mean? What happens? What doesn’t happen? Any error messages?

“All of them have the same access level.” What level? What about Authors fields, etc?

An easy guess would be that the problem user doesn’t have edit access to the document due to not being in an Authors field.

If the users really have the same access level and the button does not work for one of them (and ESPECIALLY if it just stopped working without any changes at all), the user may have a corrupt database icon/bookmark.

Delete the database icon from the workspace or the bookmark from the list, compact the workspace and add the icon/bookmark again. See if it works now :slight_smile:
