Set default body text color for individuals outgoing email?

Our publicity dept would like to know if there’s a way that I can set up their Notes Client so that the text of their outgoing emails is a certain color. (i say they just have too much time on their hands)

Is this possible?

I’d recommend stationary, unless they are dead set they’d want 100% of their messages in this other color. If so, then maybe modify the mail template Body field.
