Servlet problem

Hi All, Any idea about the below problem,

  1. The survey automation application uses servlets for getting the

questions dynamically from the survey database and display in the browser.

When ever there are some questions with sub questions( i.e the sub

questions will be displayed based on the options selected on the main

question), the servlet is behaving weird and showing errors.

  1. The servlet issue is happening when more concurrent users are accessing

the survey and selecting the options of the questions to get the sub

questions displayed.

  1. The issue is not happening when the survey is accessed by couple of

users.

do i need any server document or other settings to solve this problem
