Server replication deletes documents

My client has a problem which I can’t find anywhere. They have 4 Domino servers but the problem occurs only on one database when replicating on one server. Any changes made to this database on one specific server is not replicated to the others. Also, any changes made to a document on any of the other servers is deleted when replicated to the problem server. This only happens during server initiated replication. When replication is initiated from a client, it works correctly. Again, this only happens for one specific database and only for one server. I’ve checked the server settings and they all appear fine, though I’d expect the problem to be reproduced in other databases as well, but it’s not.

Anyone have any ideas? Please help.

Could it be a setting on the DB application itself, in Application/Options for this application?

I’ve checked that and can’t find anything that would be causing this. There isn’t even any setting that specifies the offending server for anything.

Subject: selective rep formula or readers field

check to see if there is a selective replication formula, check every server. do any of the missing documents use readers type fields?

Subject: Readers fields

There is a readers field in the documents which are vanishing which control which portions of the document are visible to which group.

I’m not certain I understand how that would effect the removal of the documents when replicating.

Subject: Problematic server is also the admin server

Forgot to mention this, if it makes any difference. The only difference between the server where the documents are vanishing and the others is the problematic server is also the administration server.
