All,Seeing something strange. For some reason, our mail server is running a process that removes names from mail files (usually the person we add as manager). This is happening with some new accounts, and some existing ones. We can’t seem to track it down (not an agent in names.nsf), so we were wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this problem?
Subject: Server removing names from ACL
Do the end users have manager access to their mail database? I think there is an agent process which they can accidentally change the level of their own access. You should also check the ACL log to find out who was doing what…

The log will be critical for this one. Also I once had a developer that created an agent to add/remove/adjust the ACL. Do the dev folks as well as admin folks have the same access?
Subject: RE: Server removing names from ACL
We checked the ACL log, but we didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. The only thing we do see is in the server log, saying that the ACL was modified in the middle of the night. The one thing I can possibly think of is that the people who have this problem are using the 6.5 client, while our servers are still 6.0.2.
Is there any way I can look at the server log to find what agent is possibly doing this?
