Server not responding

Hi,While accessing the server from notes client does not connect the server throwing the message “Remote system no longer responding”

Checked the server console and found its running fine. When pass trace command with the same server name on the console it takes time and then throws the message "Unable connect to on TCP/IP

But when i trace other server from the console then it connects. What could be the problem and how will I resolve it without restarting the domino server.

Hi,

  1. Enter the IP address into hosts file with server name.

  2. like 912.168.1.1 dominosrv1.

Try this , i thing this will help u.
