The server running on Microsoft cluster windows 2000 server. Some times in a day the server not responding for two or three minutes and then it go well, without messages on the log or errors in the operating system.On the server there is the mcafee antivirus (groupshield) last release and 200 users (mail and database).
The problem come random in the day and i don’t know how can i do…
Anyone has an idea??

The server unresponsive to client and reports “no longer responding”.The problem is probably connected to McAfee Groupshield vers 5.3. McAfee tell that there is a patch (fix 1) to solve the problem…
The problem to delay to clients come when the ssystem try to send a lot of mail with attachments (mail to all or to a large group)
Anyone has test this?
