Server getting down

Hi,

Server is getting down frequently. There is no agent that will effecting the server to down. When i checked the nsd i got the following message.

That’s not even close to being enough information to help I’m afraid.Look on Sandbox for the NSD Diagnostic tool, load the NSD file into it.

You will then get the database that is causing you an issue aswell as more detailed info about the crash and what string to seach the knowledgebase on.

Perhaps if it is getting down you need to cheer it up!

On a serious note, the NSD information is a lot more comprehensive than what you have posted. Another place to look is in the log file, taking note of what was occurring on the server just before it went down.
