After installing Domino.Doc and using my Domino server for a while (after server restart) i receive such message : Server exiting : Could not open the ID file. I tried to restart computer but it didn’t help.

Check your notes.ini file and make sure the Directory setting is pointed to the path of your Domino data directory. When you install new software the old notes.ini file tends to get overwritten. If you still have problems, try replacing your notes.ini file with a backup copy from before the new installation.
