“Server Error: You are not authorised to use the server”

Normally when user terminate, we add a record to terminated group and we maintain, “not access server” field in the server document.

Very recently, user who was terminated joined to our company. Then I have reactivated the user and I removed from the terminated group.

But when he try access the server still prompt an error “Server Error: You are not authorised to use the server”

could you please help for this issue?

Subject: Server access issue

Try to rebuild the indexes and clear name lookup cache

load updall -R names.nsf

sh nlcache reset

recycle server and retry.

Thank you for the response.

I tried

  1. load updall -R names.nsf

  2. Sh nlcache reset

But did not work. Still the same, no access to the server

Subject: The person must be under some other group or something if they still cannot access the server.
