Server Error: Entry not found in index

Hi All,I have stuck with rare problem, the error above. I have searched the forum but my reason for this error is different.

I click an action (with formula @command([Compose]; “RCP”)) on a document which is composing “RCP” a response to that. But I am getting the error “Server Error: Entry not found in index”. I dont have any DB Lookup, DB Column formula or any other formula which is calculating in this “RCP” form. The fields contains just name of the fileds of the main document.

Pls help me to solve this error.

If you have not selected the Form property in the second tab “Formula inherit values from selected document”, please enable this and try.
