Server crashes frequently after upgrade to 8.5.2

I have stumbled on a issue reported in this support documenthttp://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21445756

at our customers sites. After an upgrade to R8.5.2 the server

periodically crashes with a similar NSD report:

Any help or pointers where we can obtain this HF is greatly appreciated.

Subject: In the end - enabling Transaction Logging solved all of the problems

Subject: Could you run fixup to possibly weed out the corrupt docs causing the issue?

Looks like a corrupt document with bad fields. Have you narrowed it down to the database causing the error?

Subject: Fixup comes up empty…

I ran fixup on all of the databases on the server andno issues showed up. The strange thing is that it

happens at exactly the same time on the hour every hour.

27 minutes past the hour…

It’s a clean system running Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit).

Subject: what is happening at that time in the log?

Well at least it’s good that it happens at the same time. Can you post here what happens at that time from the misc view of the log?

Subject: Clean install helped for 2 days

I wiped the server and reinstalled the Domino server. It worked for a day or two and then the problems reappeared.

Nothing specific comes up in the Misc Log… if I run

the Domino Console the last thing that came up was:

  • connection from a different server R6.5.3 (replication was

occurring without any replication/connection document)

  • after install: nothing… the server just restarts!
