Server console shows “WAITING FOR FRWSEM 0x030B Collection semaphore …”, and Domino server performance very slow, Notes client can not connect to server.There are three tasks on that time:

  1. compacting xxx.nsf database

  2. one agent run on xxx.nsf database

  3. updating views in xxx.nsf database

Are these three tasks run on the same time to cause Domino server performance very slow?
