Having just upgraded to Domino 6.5, we are about to dip into the world of archiving.
I have gone through the help files, and it looks to me that we want Server based Archiving. Having read about Policies and Criteria, the one thing that was not obvious to me was - Which Mail Files will be archived?
Are all mail files elibable for archiving by virtue of them living on the server, or do I need to set something for each individual mailfile/user ?
Ideally I would like to set up server based Archiving, but initially just have it run for a small number of mailfiles while I test the system out. Anyone have any idea how I would specify such mailfiles?
