i have a question regarding the mentioned problem in the title.
We developed an application that runs on a notes client machine and, due to security matters,
is first switching to the server.id to access a certain server and creates replicas of certain db´s on a other server
(the acl´s are thus that the server entry is defined as .“Unspecified”)
In our test environment everything runs smoothly. However in the production we ran into deep trouble…
The Client from which we started our process made complaints that the current id is the same as the server id
which is totally unacceptable.
Why does it work on our test machines then ??.
Anybody knows anything useful ?
