Im having a problem installing and launching new domino servers.
I tried on 2 different servers. 1st one is on windows 2003 R2 32 bits and second one is on windows 2003 R2 64 bits. Both OS are fresh installs. No virus software. Only service packs and windows patches.
On both servers, i install domino server 8.02 (32 bits release on the 32 bit OS and 64 bit release on the 64 bits OS). Files are copied and the install wizard says everything is ok. Wizard doesnt ask me to reboot the server so i do it manually.
After reboot, i double click on the domino server icon created on the desktop and then, nothing hapen. It wont start. I tried starting the lotus domino server service (Ddominodata) manually, but after a couple seconds it stops.
Security center service is stoped so there is no firewall.
I use admins credentials to log on the servers. Full adlin rights.
Anyone know what could prevent the servers 1st launch please ?
