Serious Problems routing email with attachments - HELP

Hi all again…I´m having some problems with messages and attachments.

When I (user A) send a mail to user B the attachment is there, but if user B forward this email to user C, the attach file disappears.

All machines and templates are OK. There´s no difference in all them.

What can be happening?

In the template I am on (6) it gives me an option to forward without attachments.

User B is probably using that option…

Could it be user B’s mailbox has over quota?
