Sending with Notes name instead of Internet address

I installed Traveler sucessfully and I can synchronize with AutoSync. The problem is that I’m not able to send a memo using Notes hierarchy (Name Surname/OU/O). Is there a way to perform a lookup into Directory Assistance? Thank you in advance.

Subject: Same Problem

We have the same problem with traveler sending e-mail.The adress in in the lotus format instead of the internet adress.

We have a pmr open and are still waiting for a correct answer…
