Sending mail with attatchment to several e-mail adresses

I have a huge problem. My customer is twice a month sending e-mail to approx 150 users. With an attachtment, about 3mb size. The max attatchment size both on the Domino server and on the IMSS gateway is 30MB. It seems like the domino server is sending at as one mail, resulting in rejection. Is there a setting to make server send this mail as seperate mails?

Why don’t you use BCC instead of TO, maybe this will help?

Forgot to mention that they already are using BCC field for addressing.
