Hopefully someone out there can shed some light on this issue…
When we were using Notes R5, a user was able to open their archive and reply to a memo directly from said archive. A copy of the outbound memo would then be saved in the Sent view of the active mailfile, NOT that of the archive.
Now that we have moved to Notes 6.0.1 the outbound memo is stored in the Sent view of the archive and is not present in the active mailfile.
Does anyone know how to have messages sent from an archive automatically saved into the Sent view of the active mailfile?
