I have created a mail-in database. Now when someone replys to an email, I need the reply to not be sent immediately, I want it to be delayed 15 minutes. This would be for all emails.

All mail sent from this db to be delayed 15 minutes? Or up to 15 minutes? Exactly 15 minutes? A minimum of 15 minutes?
Is it all mail, or just replies?

I imagine you could have the replies not mail enabled. They would just save and you could then have an agent that patrols every 15 (?) minutes and sends off whatever is queued up.

Yes all mail being sent out within the one database. The delay is exactly 15 minutes.
