Does anyone know how to send an Excel Workbook as an attachment in a email from a button on the Excel workbook. If there is anyway to save the email in the person’s mailbox that would be the topping on the cake also.

There is an option to let MOSFFICE use Notes to send MAIL, so click on send mail will launch Notes client.
Then the Notes mail settings take over, if the User preferences is set to save sent mail then mail will be saved
