We have a Windows server running Sametime Preimium Version 12 and I have installed the Sametime 12.0.8 Client on my iPhone 11.
I can see all of my contacts and can IM them. However,:
- I do not see my IMs after hitting Send, but the recipient, who is running Sametime on a desktop, with Domino 12.0.2, does.
- The reipient can see their replies to me, but I cannot.
I suspect there is a setting or INI file that controls this... does anyone know where?

This sounds like an issue communicating with MongoDB.
Please open a case as we will need to validate configuration and logs.
Thx for the quick reply. All of our servers are hosted by Prominic, so I'm not very familiar with the Sametime backend. As a result, I wasn't aware of that MongoDB was in play. I've sent an email to them to get information regarding the MongoDB version that they have installed... will come back with that info before I open a Case.
