How to send mail automatically whitout push the button?

Actullay that’s a pretty good question. I had a user this week with the same issue. The MAPI settings were correct but all I could find in the Lotus Help database related to Word and Excel.

All,The question is easy to answer, but the cure is worse than the disease.
In MS Access you can get to Domino through the VB API. Therefore, you can programmatically send to an email server like Domino.
The catch is that it has to be set up for each and every user who wants to use it at the desktop. This approach is like using Microsoft Access as the Lotus Notes client.
Think about this. This is NOT what Domino or Microsoft Access is meant to do.
