I want to send 5+ documents thruogh mail. It must sent in the view form. it should be in a agent form. Please help me. it will be very helpful for me.

Subject: Send a view through mail
If all you need is the info in the view for 5 documents, the easiest way to do that would be to select the 5 documents, then go to File > Export, pick Comma Seperated Value (CSV) fo rthe type and save your temp file as something.csv
Then open the file in Excel, adjust the columns and formatting as you wish, select the data you want, copy, and then use Paste Special from the Edit menu in notes to Paste as HTML.
That should paste a nice table formatted exactly like the one in Excel. Don’t just paste normally or it will paste a picture instead.
