How to return the data inside view which is only correspond to the user only.In view selection I tried SELECT (Form = “Form1”) & Name=([CN];@UserName)… Sometimes it works, but mostly its not working properly… the user still can see other document when they open the view.

using @username in a shared view’s select statement is a no-no. You need to use either a privatge view or an Embedded view, show single category. look them up in designer help.

looks like Select Form=“Form1” & Name=@name([ABBREVIATE];@username) also didn’t work out correctly…and I also try to do it by using private view but it was not supported on the web…
