Security Tab is not shown in Preferences

Hi

I am using Domino 8.0 Server with Windows 2003 Server.

Problem :

In Domino Web Access User unable to access security tab.

In Preference → Security Tab is not shown

Security Tab is hide.

Please suggest & Help

What level of ACL access do you have to the database?

Does this persist after replacing design from the appropriate template?

Subject: Owner

You must be the owner of the mailfile to be able to see this tab. Make sure the user is the owner of the mailfile, and if there were any recent name changes or recerts, it may be a caching issue that a http reboot should take care of.

Subject: Ownership Checked and replace template

I have checked ownership of database its the same for user name. Also I have changed template of database and push load updall command for database. But still security Tab is not shown.

Please help
