Hello,

We have a client database which our reps carry around on a Laptop. Our concern is that should a rep leave, he / she would be able to make a copy of the database and continue to access our client list. Is there anyway to have a database become inactive after a set period unless a replication is done with the main server or some sort of key code entered?

Any user can export info into a spreadsheet etc or figure a means of getting data out of a database if they can read it whether local or on a server.
