Can anyone explain WHY you can’t use information from a Profile Document to compute a Section Editor field?
Thats exactly what I wanted to do of course !

@getprofilefield(“ProfileDoc”;“ProfileField”) works OK as a formula in a controlled access section for me.

Having not researched this at all - could you put a computed field on your form that gets the value from the profile document, and use that field to determine access to the section?
