We have purchased a new company who also use Notes. To get mail routing immediately between their domain and ours we have cross certified at the O level and created connection docs between a server in each domain with a VPN tunnel between the two. The new company’s address book has been replicated to our hub server and added to an existing directroy catalog task to add their users to our directroy catalog. We alread directory assistance set up on our servers so this is all working fine and we can send mail between the 2 domains. BUT now we are having a problem with OOA s - when one of our users has the OOA set and receives an internal email the return message has the new domain appended to it instead of the existing one. The OOO message routes all the way to the new domain and then fails as there is no such user in this domain. Why is this happening? I don’t think it is happening to everyone but it is happening to our MD who is on client 8.5.2 and a senior sales guy on 8.5.1 FP 4 - so far thats all (!) and there arte certainly other people who are not having any issue with their OOAs. Both are BlackBerry users - I will need to find out if they enabled the OOA on the BB or not. But I desabled and re-enabled it and this did not fix it. I also replaced the design on each mailfile - but this also did not sort it out. Please can you help? THis is causiing major moans. The only 2 references we have to the new domain are the connection doc and an adjacent domain document. I have actually now deleted the latter as we don’t have to have it. I have also logged this with IBM but am hoping that someone can suggest something I can try straight away as this is really a big problem Many thanks, Anne
