I’m trying to search documents that have encrypted fields… I can’t get hits on information that are in those encrypted fileds…Is there anything I can do to make those available for searches?

When creating the Full Text Search Index, you can choose to index the Encrypted fields. In the case you currently can’t, delete the index and then recreate it selecting that option.

When you create the index, you can select an option which indexes encrypted fields, making them available for searches.
