Search Key word in body of a mail

Hello All,

I have a problem, I have more than 10,000 mail in my inbox and it keeps on coming on, I have set a rule which automatically moves the mail to respective folder or forwards a copy to another ID, now the problem is I have already very huge number of mails in the inbox now I have to search and move it according to the keywords, If I give a search but it searches in the subject line and from address only, my keyword will be in the body of the mail. Is there any way to search the body of the mail. I mean the content has the keyword which I am searching for.

Please help me. It will be very very helpful for me.

What kind of search do you perform? A full-text search in a full-text indexed database will definitely search the Body field.

My database says Not Indexed Search. How do I create Index.

The search bar has an expandable section, click on the little triangle to the right or the word “more”. Right there you will find a button to create (or update) the index.

However, you do need proper access rights (manager) to be able to create a full-text index.
