Is there a way to detect whether a design note is an SCT (Single Copy Template) reference note?
I want to build an auditing tool which verifies that databases based on Single Copy Templates are properly referencing the parent SCT.

Hi - One way of detecting a note references the SCT is there is an item the maintains this reference:
$NoteReference
Generally speaking, the SCT has been replaced with design compression of the notes as a better mechanism to reduce the footprint of the design notes in a database.
