Scheduled Email Recall? How to stop a scheduled email from being delivered?

Domino v14.0FP4

Problem/Query:
User sent an email with a scheduled delivery of 4 days from now.
Now she doesn’t want it sent. How can she recall it?

Changing the Sent document has no affect on the email sitting in the server mailbox.
Performing a Recall Request also has no affect.
So far, her only option is to call IT and have them delete it from the server mailbox

I’m thinking there’s a more elegant way of stopping the email from sending but the solution is eluding me.

Hi Quin,

It seems that there’s no other option to recall the message other than deleting the message in the server mail.box. See documentation below.
