Scheduled archiving not working

Hi there,

I have a user who has set up scheduled archiving, but it does not work.

He has set it to archive emails older than 2 months.

When I checked the archiving logs, I saw that the archiving ran on schedule and a log entry was created.

However, the docs copied shows 0, although it should have found lots of emails.

The setting “Delete a document only when the criteria can delete all responses as well” is unchecked.

I also tried the “Archive Now” action with the same result.

Is there anything else that can be done?

Subject: Archiving issue

this could be a result of either a corrupt archive database or of a corrupt archive profile document. You can run FIXUP and Compact on the archive database and see if this resolves the issue, and you can look at this tehcnote to see how to remove a corrupted archive profile document:
