Schedule Manager crashing at 2:00AM

Schedule Mgr periodically crashes at 2:00 AM with “SchedMgr: Unable to load system level detail harvesting settings”. When you issue a “Load Sched” after this it comes up fine and runs for a while without problem.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I see exactly the same message since upgrading from 6.0 to 6.01, it says:

SchedMgr: Unable to load system level detail harvesting settings: File does not exsit

and

SchedMgr: Error initializing Schedule manager: File does not exist.

I made sure that all designs are u2date and deleted busytime.nsf.

I have no idea where it comes from.

we have a lot of users that have forwarding addresses in their person document, where the well known message: SchedMgr. Error processing calendar profile document: users mail is forwarded… is displayed.

but this was the same before the upgrade and it worked.

there was an issue in 5.04 where this forwarding stuff caused schedmgr not to load, but it was fixed.

is it here again?

greetings

I have the same problem running with 6:02 CF1.I have replaced busytime and enabled a default domain as suggested to no avail.

I have logged a call with Lotus.

Subject: Multiple Default Domain Config Docs?

WRT:

I have replaced busytime and enabled a default domain as suggested to no avail.

One thing I think the code overlooked initially was the creation of multiple “default” Domain Configuration Docs. With multiple hits it would not know which doc to use and could stop. I believe that was fixed in ~6.03 but Im not sure, its been a while.
